Education Program Assistant - Recruitment and Admissions

Charlene joined the Coady support staff in May 2003 as the secretary to the Manager of Education Programs. Since then her assumed the role of Education Program Assistant-Recruitment and Admissions. In this role, she is one of the contact people for inquiries about the Institute’s programs and is responsible for processing all documents pertaining to student admissions. She is also responsible for maintaining records of graduates, managing the student database and assisting the teaching staff. She works closely with the Manager of Recruitment & Admissions and the Recruitment & Partnership Coordinator to ensure prospective candidates receive up-to-date information concerning the Coady's current educational programs.

Charlene holds a Certificate in Business Information Technology and Clerk-Typist from the Strait Area Campus of the Nova Scotia Community College in Port Hawkesbury.
