Heidi Sinclair

Heidi joined the Coady Institute in September 2011. Her background is primarily in business development and project management. In her last position, she worked with the Pictou Regional Development Agency as a Junior Business Development Officer and Assistant Project Manager. In these roles she assisted aspiring entrepreneurs in developing strategic business plans as well she supported the Pictou Rural Development conference, Welcoming & Inclusive Community initiative, Rural Nova Scotia Settlement Guide and planned numerous events, forums and community meetings for the agency.

Heidi completed internships with St. Francis Xavier Enterprise Development Commission (XEDC) and World Vision Canada.

She has volunteered with youth across Nova Scotia through the Nova Scotia Cooperative Youth Alliance, Pictou County Youth Council and Junior Achievement Canada.

Heidi received an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Toronto, Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.
